Returns Are Easy - We'll Even Cover The Cost to Ship It Back!
At Pure and Simple Baby, we stand behind all of our products, and hope that you will love them just as much as we do. In the event you are not totally happy, you may return your purchase within 90 days for a 100% refund as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.
To return or exchange an item:
- Let us know what item(s) you are returning by sending an email to email@example.com
- We will email you a shipping label within 48 hours.
- Mail the package.
*Please note, you must print the mailing label within 24 hours of receiving it. If you are unable to print within the 24 hours please let us know and we will send a new one.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving your package. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
If free shipping was received and the returned items bring your original order below the free shipping minimum, our standard flat rate shipping charge of $3.95 will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.
For exchanges, if the value of the item(s) being shipped back to you do not exceed $49.00 you will be responsible for the shipping charges ($3.95).
We are unable to accept back any exchanges that have been washed, worn, or used. All items must contain ALL original packaging.
Items with odors will not be accepted for returns. Odors include (but are not limited to) perfumes, oils, cooking odors, pet odors, smoke, or anything that limits the product from not having that fresh, new smell.
For returns that will be credited back on a gift card, you will receive a new gift card number. This card number can be used anytime by using the "Gift Card" field at checkout.

Most purchases from Pure and Simple Baby are shipped out of Florida to anywhere in the United States. On occasion Pure and Simple Baby may ship your item directly from the manufacturer. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may require a shipping surcharge.
For International shipping, please contact us after placing your order and we will provide you with shipping quotes for you to choose the service that best fits your needs. Some brands do not allow US merchants to ship oversees.
We will ship to APO and PO boxes, but please contact us before placing your order to discuss terms.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for any order totaling up to $49.00. Shipping is FREE For all orders over $49.00! Free shipping is available only to 48 contiguous states.
All shipped items will have a tracking number which will be provided to you as soon as your item(s) ships.
Most items should be in stock and orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Most ship within 24 hours) and usually arrive within 2-7 business days depending on shipping address. Items purchased on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed the next business day. If the item is out of stock we will contact you with estimated shipping times. In most cases the delay in shipping is only 3-5 additional business days. In the event that we can not fulfill the order for any reason or there was a mistake in the listed price we will notify you propmtly to refund the purchase amount in full.
We prefer to use USPS because we feel this is the most eco-friendly way to do so. The postman comes to your door six days a week anyway, so it’s no extra trip for them. USPS is also the first shipping company to achieve Cradle to Cradle certification. This is the environmental "big picture" certification. It starts with the design stage, considers energy and water use through manufacturing, and ends with a product that can be safely recycled. Stamps are made with soy based inks and non-toxic adhesives, and the shipping boxes are made from recycled materials.
