Shipping Information

All purchases from Pure and Simple Baby are shipped out of Florida to anywhere in the United States.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may require a shipping surcharge. At this time we do not ship Internationally.

We will ship to APO and PO boxes, but please contact us before placing your order to discuss terms.

For all orders over 49.95 free shipping is available. Free shipping is available only to 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to select the "Free Shipping"  option at check out. Shipping funds cannot be refunded due to an incorrect or mistaken shipping selection.

For orders under 49.95, the shopping cart will automatically calculate the exact shipping based on your shipping address and preferred time of delivery.

All shipped items will have a tracking number and insurance. 

Larger items may require a shipping surcharge, but we will never include additional fees without contacting you first for approval.

In stock orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed and usually arrive within 2-9 business days depending on shipping address. Items purchased on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed the next business day.  If the item is out of stock we will contact you with estimated shipping times. In most cases the delay in shipping is only 3-5 additional business days.

Expedited shipping is available and will ship within 1 business day arriving within 1-3 business days. (Orders received after 4PM Eastern Standard Time will be considered following day orders).

We prefer to use the USPS because we feel this is the most eco-friendly way to do so. The postman comes to your door six days a week anyways, so its no extra trip for them. The USPS is also the first shipping company to achieve Cradle to Cradle certification. This is the environmental "big picture" certification. It starts with the design stage, considers energy and water use through manufacturing, and ends with a product that can be safely recycled. Stamps are made with soy based inks and non-toxic adhesives, and the shipping boxes are made from recycled materials.

Gift cards and gift certicates are available for shipping free of charge, and will be delivered within 1 business day, pending order verification and credit approval. Keep in mind, both gift cards and certificates can also be sent electronically via email. This way the recipient doesnt have to wait around to start shopping, and trees are spared and energy preserved. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.

Christmas and Holiday shipping: Please place your order to later than December 18th in order for your package to be delivered by Christmas.  Please note that our last shipping date will be December 22nd and orders placed after Christmas will be shipped on January 3rd.

Return Policy

At Pure and Simple Baby, we stand behind all of our products, and hope that you will love them just as much as we do. In the event you are not totally happy, you may return your purchase.

All sales are final 30 days after order date. All returns must be post marked within 30 days of package receipt. Please note that sales on clearance items are final upon purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was received, and the returned items bring your order below the free shipping minimum, actual shipping charges for the original order will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.

We are unable to accept back any exchanges that have been washed, worn, or used. All items must contain ALL original packaging.

Please note that items with odors will not be accepted for returns. Odors include (but are not limited to) perfumes, oils, cooking odors, pet oders, smoke, or anything that limits the product from not having that fresh, new smell.

Please provide a copy of your receipt so we can process your exchange/refund less any shipping costs or overweight surcharges. 

We will credit your original method of payment.

For returns that will be credited back on a gift card, you will recieve a gift card number. This card number can be used anytime by using the "Gift Card" field at checkout. Please do not lose this number for we will only issue it once, and will not have it kept on file anywhere.

There may be a time when we ship the wrong item to you, or send you the incorrect quantity, etc...If we make a mistake on our end, we sincerely apologize, and will take the necessary actions to make your order right and keep you happy.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we can take the product back personally as long as it falls under the manufacturers warranty, and reissue you a replacement. In the event we cannot personally replace it, we may need to put you in direct contact with the manufacturer. We will be more than happy to help you through this process. All manufacturers warranties are voided if the products were not properly cared for. With cloth diapering items, this includes, the use of unapproved additives.

Pricing Policies

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders. We are committed to selling products at MSRP and occasionally errors are made while inputting items on our website. If this happens, we will correct the price and cancel the order if the new price is not agreed upon.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discount codes are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offers. They can only be applied towards store merchandise, hold no cash value, and cannot be used towards gift certificates.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-reedemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificates only apply towards store merchandise. Any unused balance will be issued back as store credit.  If the order exceeds the gift certificate, the purchaser is responsible for paying the balance.

Order cancellation/modifications

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us with your cancellation request, order number, and reason for cancellation. If payment has already been processed, we will be more than happy to refund you, but will need to charge you a 10% restocking fee. If payment has not been processed, there will be no fee. If you decide to cancel your order, but keep your payment as store credit, there will be no restocking fee assessed. If you need to add products, or change quantities, or modify your order in any way, please contact us asap so that we can make these changes for you, provided your package has not been shipped. Privacy and Security

Pure and Simple Baby is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropiate protection and management of personally identifiable info you share with us. In no way will we EVER share or sell your personal info. Nor will we use your email for spam. We hate spam just as much as you do! On a very rare occsasion, we may send out an email to notify customers of sales, specials, or promotions, and evenso typically this is done through our newsletter anyways, which would be your decision to receive per your request. All requested info is for the sole purpose of ordering or mailing list only. We will only call you if we have a question regarding your order. To secure our website, we use an SSL certificate, which basically translates as secure communications from your computer to ours. It means that you know for sure that you are connecting to the right computer, and that the data you enter is safe from prying eyes during transit to those computers. We use encryption (electronic digital code to data being sent over a public network to prevent its unauthorized detection, use, copying, etc) and authentication to protect the security of your personal info as well as your credit card info. Each page using credit card info uses the SSL, secured socket layer, encryption, which transfers your info unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
